Delivery, duties and returns: your questions
Is shipping free in India?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order delivered within India.
How long does delivery take in India?
Delivery takes about 5–7 days on average, because every piece is made to order in our studio. For urgent events, browse our Ready to Ship collection.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Not at the moment. Orders are paid in full at checkout, because every piece is made especially for you.
Can I see prices in rupees?
Yes. Choose INR in the currency menu at the top of the page to see prices in Indian rupees.
Can I get a dress made to my measurements?
Yes. Every Bee Boe piece is made to order in our studio in India. On any product page, choose the Custom size or tick Make it to my measurements, then enter your bust, waist and hips (height is optional). Custom fit is free. Our measuring guide takes about ten minutes.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is made especially for you, we do not offer returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hi@beeboe.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will guide you through an exchange if it is eligible. Return courier charges are paid by the customer.
How do I pay?
Orders in India are paid through secure PhonePe checkout. All orders are paid in full at checkout.
